Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Spray with oil. Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 4 minutes. Add beans, water and seasoning. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes. Roughly mash. Stir through salsa.

Preheat oven to 200°C. Spoon mixture into a 4-cup capacity baking dish. Top with chips. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.

Top nachos with combined yoghurt and sour cream, tomato and onions. Serve.
