- Step 1
Preheat a large chargrill over high heat. Spray sausages with oil. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

Meanwhile, place capsicum, onion, chilli, garlic, oil, vinegar, parsley and basil in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
- Step 3
Cut rolls in half crossways (don't cut all the way through). Place baby spinach and slices of avocado over one half of each roll. Top with sausages, cheese and salsa. Serve with fries.
Tip: For a milder version, you can use green chilli if you prefer.
