- Step 1
Finely shred snow peas and thinly slice onions. Place in a bowl. Add sprouts and cucumber. Toss to combine. Place chicken and hoisin sauce in separate bowls.
- Step 2
Heat crepes following packet directions. Place 1 crepe on a plate. Top with one-eighth of the snow pea mixture, chicken and hoisin sauce. Roll up. Secure with a chive. Repeat with remaining crepes, snow pea mixture and hoisin sauce. Serve.
We used 1 large barbecue chicken, skin and bones removed and discarded.
