- Step 1
Preheat barbecue plate on high heat. Combine oil and garlic. Brush both sides of mushrooms with garlic oil. Cook, stalk-side down, for 3 minutes. Turn.

Spoon ham, tomatoes and feta onto mushrooms. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until filling is warmed through.
- Step 3
Place a slice of toast onto each serving plate. Spread with mayonnaise. Top with spinach and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
