      Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Swirl to coat. Stir-fry garlic, ginger and chilli for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add spinach. Stir-fry for 1 minute or until just wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.

    Serves 4 as a side dish.
