Cut bread rolls through centre lengthways (do not cut all the way through). Gently open rolls. Place 2 lettuce leaves on each roll base.

Sprinkle cheese over lettuce and top with sausage. Drizzle tomato sauce over sausage. Press roll together to close. Serve.
Packing tip: Wrap rolls securely in greaseproof paper. Place in lunch box with ice brick.
