Preheat oven to 180C.
- Step 2
In a large saucepan saute mince, when cooked drain off fat and set aside. Add all remaining ingredients to saucepan except tortilla sheets and cheese. Bring mixture to boil, simmer 10 min. Remove 1 cup of mince sauce and set aside.
- Step 3
Grease quiche dish, lay 1 tortilla sheet as the base and spread 1 1/2 cups mince sauce over sheet, sprinkle with cheese (not too much, or too salty). Repeat until all tortilla sheets are stacked.
- Step 4
Top with last tortilla sheet and cover with reserved mince sauce, sprinkle cheese over top.
- Step 5
Bake in the oven for 30 min. Serve with (butternut) pumpkin, potatoes wedges and crispy salad.
