Place cabbage, cucumber, coriander or mint, bean sprouts, spring onions, peanuts and sesame seeds in a bowl.

Combine grapeseed oil, vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce and sugar together in a jar and shake. Toss through the dressing just before serving. Serve with grilled or barbecued meats.
Storage: Undressed salad can be stored in a covered container in the fridge and dressed just before serving.
