    • Method
    1. Step 1

      Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour. Cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly coloured over a medium heat.

    2. Step 2

      Pour in the milk and brink to the boil, stirring all the time and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened. Season to taste. Stir in the parsley.
