Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the sweet potato on a greased baking tray. Spray with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake, turning halfway through, for 40 minutes or until golden.

Place the pita pockets on greased baking tray. Spread the pasta sauce over the pita breads, leaving a 1-2cm border.

Scatter over the lentils, sweet potato and goat's cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until the base is crisp and golden. Top the pizzas with the rocket and drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar to serve.
