- Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.
- Step 2
Combine all banana, yoghurt, egg, and honey in a bowl.
- Step 3
Add remaining dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well.
- Step 4
Pour mixture into a small lined slice pan/baking tray.
- Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
Slice and serve - best eaten warm and is wonderful accompanied with honey, fresh fruits or some frozen yoghurt (or ice-cream!)
