Place carrots and onion in a metal steamer. Place steamer over a large saucepan of simmering water. Cook, covered, for 7 minutes or until tender.

Transfer vegetables to a bowl. Drizzle with honey. Season with salt and pepper. Gently toss to combine. Sprinkle with hazelnuts. Serve.
To warm honey, place in a small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium (50%) for 10 to 20 seconds or until warmed. Add to vegetables. Serve with roast pork or grilled beef steaks.
