Use a 4.5cm-diameter star-shaped pastry cutter to cut 4 stars from 1.5cm-thick slices of watermelon, kiwifruit, rockmelon and apple. Thread the stars onto toothpicks. Trim the base of strawberries, washed, hulled, so they sit flat. Place the strawberries, base-side down, on a flat surface. Insert a toothpick into each strawberry to make fruit wands.
