Halve and re-roll each meatball to make smaller meatballs. Heat the oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the meatballs, shaking the pan occasionally, for 5 mins or until browned.

Add the pasta sauce and water, and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 mins or until the meatballs are cooked through.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions, or until al dente. Drain.

Add the spaghetti and spinach to the meatball mixture. Toss to combine. Serve with parmesan.
