- Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.

Spray top of pastry with oil. Sprinkle with garam masala and sesame seeds. Using your fingertips, gently press seeds into pastry. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut six 4cm strips from pastry sheet. Cut each strip into 6 to form 36 squares. Place pastry squares, in a single layer, on baking trays.
- Step 4
Bake squares for 10 minutes, swapping trays after 5 minutes, or until pastry is golden and cooked through. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Serve.
