Quick mango yoghurt delight

    1. Step 1

      Cut the cheeks from the mangoes close to the seeds and peel away the skin. Remove any remaining flesh from the seeds. Roughly chop the flesh.

    2. Step 2

      Place the mango flesh, yoghurt and icing sugar in a blender. Blend until almost smooth.

    3. Step 3

      Divide the mixture between serving dishes and drizzle with the passionfruit.
