- Step 1
Use a small sharp knife to cut a slit in each date. Remove and discard the stone. Spoon 1 teaspoon of the cheese into each date. Press to enclose the filling.

Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each date. Drizzle with oil and balsamic glaze.
