      Process the almonds in a food processor until finely chopped. add the capsicum and paprika, and process until a smooth paste forms.

    2. Step 2

      Transfer the almond mixture to a bowl and stir in the aioli. Season with salt and pepper.

    3. Step 3

      Serve the prawns with the sauce and lemon wedges.

    If you want this dish to be gluten free, use gluten-free aioli. Find aioli (garlic mayonnaise) either fresh in the chilled deli section or near the long-life mayonnaise at Woolworths.
