Pepper and parsley beef schnitzels with salad

    1. Step 1

      Whisk the egg and milk in a shallow bowl. Season. Combine breadcrumbs, pepper and parsley in a separate shallow bowl. Dip beef in egg mixture, then in breadcrumb mixture to evenly coat.

    2. Step 2

      Heat the oil in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef to the pan and cook for 2 mins each side or until golden. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel.

    3. Step 3

      Divide salad among serving plates. Drizzle with mayonnaise. Top with beef. Serve with lemon wedges.
