- Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C. Place 1 pastry sheet on a flat work surface and cover remaining sheets with a dry tea towel. Lightly spray pastry sheet with oil. Top with another pastry sheet and spray with oil. Fold pastry in half crossways. Working quickly, tuck corners of pasty under and gently scrunch pastry to make a wrinkled round. Lift onto a large baking tray. Repeat with remaining pastry sheets to make 3 more rounds.
- Step 2
Place pear slices into centre of pastry rounds. Combine sugar and cardamom in a small bowl. Sprinkle over pear and pastry. Spray lightly with oil. Sprinkle with almonds.
- Step 3
Bake tarts for 8 minutes or until crisp and golden. Drizzle with honey. Serve with yoghurt.
