Orange, passionfruit and lychee punch

    1. Step 1

      Remove the pulp of the passionfruit and place in a large jug. Add orange juice, lychees and 1/2 cup syrup (from the canned lychees). Stir to combine then cover and refrigerate until chilled.

    2. Step 2

      Just before serving, add soda water and plenty of ice cubes and stir to combine. Serve with appetisers, such as spring rolls or mini quiches.

    If you have time, zest the skin of 1 orange and place in an ice-cube tray. Fill tray with water and freeze. Add the orange-flavoured ice-cubes to the punch just before serving.
