- Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease 24 x 40ml-capacity patty pan holes. Roll out pastry between 2 sheets of baking paper until 3mm thick. Using a 7cm fluted round cutter, cut 24 rounds from pastry. Press pastry rounds into patty holes. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Combine almond meal and caster sugar in a bowl. Sprinkle almond mixture over pastry case bases. Top with berries. Combine flour, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon in a bowl. Using your fingertips, rub butter into flour mixture until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Sprinkle crumble over fruit.

Bake crumbles for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Remove from pan. Dust with icing sugar. Serve.
