Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened. Add garlic. Cook for 1 minute. Add mince. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned.

Add seasoning, oregano and flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add tomatoes and beef stock. Season with pepper. Stir to combine. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, for 25 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Serve.
Serve this on the table with guacamole, salsa, cheese and sour cream. Delicious in a taco, burrito or on rice!
