    1. Step 1

      Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add lemon juice and mix well.

    2. Step 2

      Place mixture into a saucepan and cook steadily until it thickens. Allow mixture to cool slightly.

    3. Step 3

      Pour into sterilised jars and keep refrigerated.
