    • Method
    1. Step 1

      Pre-heat oven to 180C. Toss meat in flour. Fry in oil to brown. Transfer to casserole dish. Fry garlic. Add all other ingredients and bring to boil. Pour over meat, cover and cook in the oven for about 2 hours.

    2. Step 2

      When cooked, add walnuts. Season to taste. Serve with buttered egg noodles or some nutty brown rice.
