- Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Place a rack into a large roasting dish. Pour 2 cups of water into the roasting dish. Place thawed turkey, skin-side up, onto rack.

Whisk hoisin sauce, honey and oil with a fork to combine. Brush half the mixture over surface of turkey. Cover turkey with a sheet of baking paper. Cover entire roasting pan with foil. Roast for 1 1/4 hours.

Remove foil and baking paper. Brush turkey with remaining hoisin mixture. Roast for a further 45 minutes, basting with pan juices every 15 minutes, or until skin is golden and juices run clear when thickest part of turkey is pierced with a skewer.
- Step 4
Remove turkey from oven. Cover with foil. Stand for 15 minutes. Place rice and broccoli onto serving plates. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Top with slices of turkey. Drizzle with pan juices. Serve.
