- Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 150C (fan-forced). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients (except for sesame or sunflower seeds) together.

Make a well in the centre of the dry mixture and add bananas, along with lightly beaten eggs. Stir together until combined. It will be stiff. Do not over stir.
- Step 4
Turn into prepared pan. Sprinkle sesame or sunflower seeds on top and lightly press into loaf. Bake for 50-60 minutes until well risen and crusty and golden on top. Turn loaf out onto cooling rack.
- Step 5
Serve with butter (or alternative) and nut butter.
