    1. Step 1

      Combine 2 teaspoons decaffeinated coffee granules and 1 tablespoon hot water in a bowl and mix until dissolved.

    2. Step 2

      Place coffee mixture, 250ml (1 cup) reduced-fat milk, 1-2 teaspoons sugar and 3 tablespoons (60ml) low-fat vanilla ice-cream (Bulla Light brand) in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds or until thick.

    3. Step 3

      Pour over ice cubes in a glass and top with an extra 1 tablespoon of ice-cream.
