- Step 1
Process strawberries until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except the dark chocolate and process until finely chopped and mixture comes together.
- Step 2
Roll 1 level tablespoon into balls and place on a large baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Step 3
Coat balls in chocolate. Stand on tray until chocolate sets.
Balls will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
