Chilli mint chicken with avocado and snow pea sprouts

    1. Step 1

      Combine the chicken, chilli sauce, snow peas and mint in a small bowl. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

    2. Step 2

      Spread the Arnott’s Vita-Weat, Linseed & Sesame Lunch Slices evenly with the avocado. Top with the chicken mixture and snow pea sprouts. Serve.
