      Lightly bruise the spices in a mortar and pestle.

    2. Step 2

      Transfer to a pan, add 250ml (1 cup) cold water, milk and sugar.

    3. Step 3

      Cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Add tea and simmer for 1 minute. Strain and serve.
