- Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut Turkish bread, crossways into 5mm slices. Place the slices on a baking tray and spray with olive oil spray. Bake for 3-4 minutes each side until light golden. Cool.

Combine mangoes, cider vinegar, brown sugar, chilli, and lime juice in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave, stirring often, on High/100% power for 20-25 minutes until thick.
- Step 3
Spread the crostini with cream cheese, top with watercress, beef and a dollop of mango chutney.
