In a small bowl, combine kecap manis, vinegar, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Set aside.

Preheat barbecue chargrill on high. Place prawns in a large bowl. Add rice bran oil. Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook prawns for 1 to 2 minutes each side or until they turn pink and are cooked through. Transfer to a large platter. Serve with dipping sauce.
Serves 6 as part of a platter.
