Place chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan half-filled with simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn't touch the water). Stir until melted and smooth then remove from the heat and set aside to cool. Place coconut in a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat and cook, stirring, until golden. Remove and set aside then add peanuts to the frying pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden. Remove from the heat and cool. To serve, place scoops of vanilla and chocolate ice-cream in serving bowls. Top with bananas, then drizzle with the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with coconut and peanuts and serve immediately.
