Preheat oven to moderate, 180C. Lightly grease an 8-cup ovenproof dish.

Spoon combined apple and apricot into prepared dish.

To make the topping, place biscuits, butter and sugar in a food processor. Process until just combined - the mixture should have a coarse texture. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in coconuts and oats.

Sprinkle topping mixture evenly over fruit. Bake for 25-30 mins or until golden. Serve with cream or ice cream, if desired.
