    1. Step 1

      Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan. Place almonds and sesame seeds onto a baking tray. Cook for 4-5 mins or until golden. Leave to cool. Place into a food processor.

    2. Step 2

      Meanwhile, heat a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add coriander seeds and cumin. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 mins, or until aromatic. Add to processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.

    3. Step 3

      Add pepper, salt and chilli and process briefly. Place in an airtight container or glass jar. Store at room temperature.
